Happy Wednesday!
Two weeks ago, we talked about how to master the Spring trends.
We had so much fun talking about them, so I was really excited when I found another magazine editorial talking all about Spring's Sexiest Trends:
So over wearing sweaters and jeans?
We totally feel you. Now that the weather's warmer, you'll want to try these eight super-pretty looks that take your wardrobe from blah to banging.

1. A LITTLE ROMANCE -
I love lace!
On my list are lace shorts, a lace dress, a lace top, and a lace skirt. ;)
2. WHISPER-SOFT PASTELS -
This was also mentioned in my post from two weeks ago, and we all pretty much agreed that we won't really be comfortable with just a bra top -- unless, we're at the beach.
4. TRIBAL ACCESSORIES -
Ummm, the farthest I will go is short-shorts... anything that resembles an underwear needs to be covered up! ;)
8. CANDY-COLORED METALLICS -
Almost everyone likes candy colors and metallics, so I guess it's safe to say we'll like the two trends combined, right?
Which of these 8 Spring trends made your list?

DeleteI love all the outfits! Most especially, the lace skirt on the first photo(yeah i love lace too), the pastel colors on the second photo, the blazer and shorts on fifth photo(the shorts look plastic to me by the way lol) and lastly, the color combination of the top and pants of the last photo(very sexy).

Deletei need to find something in candy colored metallics!! i mean i love anything brightly colored and hello i'm the queen of bling.. hahaha.. i need something that's brightly colored that's sparkly STAT!! haha
ReplyDeletehaha, yes you are indeed the queen of bling. ;)
DeleteThose extra short shorts are a little too short for me to be able to pull off. I live in a conservative community. I can just imagine the looks I would get.
ReplyDeleteI do love most of these trends. Especially the romantic and the touch of pastels.
Sunny Days and Starry Nights
oh yeah, those are waaaayyyy too short. i live in los angeles, and i'm pretty sure i'd still get weird stares if i wear that out, haha! ;)

Loving the pastels and metallic trend. This season looks to be a pretty one!
ReplyDeletei knooow, it's looking to be a really pretty season! :)
DeleteI'm rather disappointed with this springs' trends, although I love lace; I think there is a time and a place for it, really can't overload it. One of the biggest trends at the catwalk shows was fairytales, so hopefully shops will be selling some pretty floaty dresses, something I definitely prefer. =D
ReplyDeleteNew Follower!
xox
i like floaty dresses! i hope i can find one. :)
DeleteHi Mimi beautiful blog! Thank you very much for visiting mine! I look forward to following each other! Im following you now on gfc hope you do the same xoxo ES

DeleteOh I love this post :D Although its always summer where I am I love this :D And like you I love lace too! :D I am looking for lace shorts or knitted ones...I think they look adorable. And I agree about the short-shorts...if you can see your ass, you need to cover it up..or use it at the beach. I love that mens wear body con dress...it looks hot. XD and I like the metallic top and pants (#8) I never could work with tribal accessories but I love when others wear it :D hehe..wow long comment :P

me either, that is just way beyond my limit -- those are not shorts, that's underwear, really. ;)
DeleteSome of these trends look really fun and accessible. I love the pastels and metallics and am happy to see tribal back for this year. On the other hand, I don't think I'll see many bralets or extra-short shorts on the streets.
ReplyDeletehahaha, i agree, i don't think we'll see those two trends on the streets. ;)
DeleteI love all of your Spring trends posts, girlie! Super helpful! I pretty much like all of these except for the extra-short shorts. Talk about uncomfortable haha. ;)
