CoverGirl LipPerfection Lipstick Review

How's your week so far?

Mine is okay - just gotta catch up with some school work, and some blog hopping as well. ;)

A few days ago, I reviewed my CoverGirl NatureLuxe Gloss Balm for you guys, today I want to share with you my thoughts on:

CoverGirl LipPerfection Lipstick.

I haven't been using this for 7 days so I can't say for sure if it really makes your lips softer and smoother... but I can say this:

The color is amazing, it glides on easily, very smooth and silky.

Very moisturizing. A really, really good lip product. :)

And the color lasts for a long time!

I swatched this yesterday... and after 24 hours, a shower, and washing dishes, I still have a light hint of red on my hand! I guess that's a good thing, right? ;)

And they have tons of shades to choose from!

Mine is #305, Hot Passion.


They've divided the colors into four categories: Brown, Lilacs/Mauves/Burgundies, Nudes/Corals/Red, and Pinks to Roses.





At Ulta, they are $6.99. For that price, it's most definitely worth it!

    I picked up delight and rapture, the way they felt was really nice, however I wasnt a fan of how frosty rapture was :(
    but the overall color was pretty.

    Someone told me the other day that I was very old fashioned for wearing lipstick and lip gloss is the thing, but gloss always gets stuck with my hair so moving back to lipstick, stay on better too!

    oo I love that chart..I'd love to try something along corals colourss because I don't own any thing like it and my lips are too pigmented to add more dark colours in my mini makeup collection =P

    Good to know! I haven't used lipstick in a long time. I just stick to gloss...but that's becuase lipstick is always so thick and heavy. This product sounds very different though!

    This lipstick sounds great! I totally hate when it smears too easily and is gone within the hour. This seems perfect! Also, I LOVE how broad the color selection is! :)

    I do wonder what effect if really has on your lips... it would truly be amazing if it made them softer and smoother. Please let us know how it turns out!

    I love lipsticks and these sound awesome. You said that the swatch on your hand stayed a long time. Have you found it to be similar on your lips? I am looking for something with some staying power!!! Does it flake at all with wear?
